Despite there being big difficulties with the title and probate, Joan and Kathleen remained positive, kept us calm and worked diligently to get us a fair deal in the end. I'm so glad that we found such professional agents with such good knowledge of the local area."

★★★★★"I had the pleasure of working with Kathleen when my husband and I decided to purchase a home. All we knew was that we wanted a house south close to our son's school. Kathleen, displayed her expertise by taking us to see only those homes that fit our specifications and did not waste our time. She showed us homes that fit our needs and we were able to find a new home in record time. She was able to negotiate a very reasonable purchase price for us. Extremely professional, dedicated and very knowledgeable in her field. We would recommend her to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home."
